Our Response to COVID-19
We wanted to reach out and hope you and yours are well and remaining safe during these uncertain times. After accepting the new and evolving reality that COVID-19 presents, we focused earlier this week on how we can support our community.
IT systems need to continue to function correctly and securely for your business and personal success. We understand and will continue to provide all our normal services we know you rely on. From an increased need to working remotely to addressing the heightened presence of scammers and hackers that see opportunity in the COVID-19 pandemic, we are here to help.
To ensure the safety and health of our customers and employees, we have several options available to minimize risk, including but not limited to:
remote service calls
remote systems monitoring (managed services)
office drop-off/pick-up location
evening appointments (when offices are mostly empty)
Foothills Computer Service is also working diligently and employing extra measures to ensure that IT systems and surfaces are cleaned and minimize any risks.
